Composition: -
Each 100gm  contains:-
Tylosin  tartarate                                    100gm 
Equivalent to Tylosin                                 92.4 gm
Properties
Tylosin is a macrolide antibiotic which acts by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis through binding to 50S ribosomal  subunits within cell wall . It has antibacterial spectrum that is essentially against gram +ve bacteria including (Actinomyces spp . Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae), certain gram – ve. bacteria including Pasteurella spp and Fusobacterium necrophorum)and certain Spirochetes (as Treponema hyodysenteriae). 
Indications:
Pre ruminant Calves: Treatment of pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma spp when the disease has been established in the herd.
Broiler Chickens: Treatment of chronic respiratory diseases (CRD) caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Mycoplasma synoviae when the disease has been established in the flock.
Treatment and prevention of necrotic enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens when the disease has been established in the flock
Turkeys:  Treatment of infectious sinusitis caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum. when the disease has been established in the flock

Dosage and administration:   
by addition to drinking water
From active ingredient
Pre ruminant Calves:
10 – 20 mg tylosin per kg BW twice daily for 7 - 14 days.
Turkeys:
75 – 100 mg tylosin per kg BW per day for 3 – 5 days
Broiler Chickens:
For the treatment of chronic respiratory disease:
75 – 100 mg tylosin per kg BW per day for 3 – 5 days.
From whole product
Pre ruminant Calves:
0.54 gm-1.08gm  of product per 50 kg BW twice daily for 7 - 14 days.
Turkeys:
0.81 gm –1.082 gm /10 kg BW( 1 liter )  per day for 3 – 5 days
Broiler Chickens:
0.81 gm –1.082 gm /10 kg BW( 1 liter )  day for 3 – 5 days
Warning and precautions
1.Operators should wear suitable protective clothing
2.avoid contact with human skin
3.exposure to tylosin may cause a rash
Contra indications It shouldn’t be used in layers producing eggs for human consumption
Drug interactions Because tylosin is related to macrolides group, it interacts with Clindamycin (increase antagonism of effect) 
Side effects:  Diarrhoea, epigastric pain

Pre ruminant Calves (meat and offal): 12 days
Turkeys (meat and offal): 2 days, Turkey (eggs): Zero days
Broiler Chickens (meat and offal): 1 day, Chicken (eggs): Zero days
Storage: Store at temperature not exceed than 30 °C in dry place, use directly after opening
