Properties
Ablendazole is a Benzimidazoles it acts by interrupt parasite energy metabolism by binding to tubulin, thereby disrupting microtubular cell structure and preventing nutrient uptake and other functions it active against Gastro-intestinal roundworms, lungworms,tapeworms in cattle, sheep Type II ostertagiosis
Target Species Cattle, sheep
Indications: 
For the treatment of Gastro-intestinal roundworms caused by Haemonchus, Type II ostertagiosis
Lungworms caused by Dictyocaulus
Tapeworms caused by Moniezia
Liver flukes caused by adult Fasciola
Dosage and administration: By mouth. 
 From active ingredient
Cattle: roundworms and tapeworms, 7.5 mg/kg
Adult flukes, roundworms, and tapeworms, 10 mg/kg
Sheep: roundworms and tapeworms, 5 mg/kg
Adult flukes, roundworms, and tapeworms, 7.5 mg/kg
From whole product
Cattle: roundworms and tapeworms, 1.5 ml/10 kg
Adult flukes, roundworms, and tapeworms, 2 ml/10 kg
Sheep: roundworms and tapeworms, 1ml/10kg
Adult flukes, roundworms, and tapeworms, 1.5 ml/10kg
Warning and precautions
Shouldn’t exceed ‘fluke and worm dose’ in cows during first month of pregnancy;
Coughing for some weeks after treatment in cattle suffering from severe lung damage at time of treatment
Contra indications
Concurrent administration of other ruminal boluses, treatment of ewes at a dosage of 7.5 mg/kg
During the mating period and until 1 month after rams are removed
Shouldn’t be used in sheep producing milk for human consumption
